Congress leader Jagdish Tytler, under scanner for his speech ahead of Odisha Assembly violence, spoke exclusively to TIMES NOW. Tytler said that his fault was that he spoke in a language that excited people. Tytler denied asking the crowd to resort to violence. Tytler is in the dock on the charges for inciting a mob on September 6 in Odisha. In his speech, he compares Odisha assembly to a fortress and tells his party workers not to be afraid of going to jail. On September 8, Bhubaneswar police booked Tytler and another Congress leader Niranjan Patnaik over clashes between party supporters and police during a rally, while the Congress filed two counter FIRs against the police.
