Radical cleric Abu Qatada has had his request to challenge Britain's bid to deport him to Jordan, turned down. The European Court of Human Rights rejected his argument that he could face torture if sent there to face prosecution on terror charges. London wants rid of Qatada who it claims is a security risk.
