पाकिस्तान के आर्मी चीफ आसिम मुनीर ने भारत को धमकी देते हुए कहा कि वह किसी भी उकसावे का मुंहतोड़ जवाब देंगे। उन्होंने परमाणु हथियारों के माहौल में युद्ध को नकार दिया। मुनीर ने भारत पर आतंकवाद को बढ़ावा देने का आरोप लगाया और कश्मीर मुद्दे को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय नियमों के अनुसार सुलझाने की बात कही। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि पाकिस्तान शांतिप्रिय देश है और उसके कई देशों के साथ अच्छे संबंध हैं।

Pakistan's Army Chief Asim Munir threatened India, saying he would respond to any provocation with a strong response. He rejected war in an environment of nuclear weapons. Munir accused India of promoting terrorism and called for resolving the Kashmir issue according to international rules. He also stated that Pakistan is a peace-loving country and has good relations with many countries.
