A central Victorian family has had devastating start to the new year after a three-year old boy died in a caravan fire. The tragedy happened late yesterday in the tiny town of Boort about two hundred and fifty kilometres north-west of Melbourne. Arson chemists have spent the day piecing together the horrific scene but it's still unclear what caused the fatal blaze.
