The magistrate’s court has heard more details of an assault allegedly committed against a woman by Tasmanian Supreme Court Judge Gregory Geason. Justice Geason has pleaded not guilty to a charge each of assault and emotional abuse or intimidation. Under cross examination his alleged victim was questioned over her sobriety and her conduct the day after the alleged assault.
