Sadiq Khan on ULEZ judicial review hearing

Ahead of the first judicial review hearings into the ULEZ expansions Sadiq Khan said that whatever the outcome "clean air is a human right, not a privilege."

He said he's "not willing to put his head in the sand" and hopes the courts agree with TfL.
