इस साल शारदीय नवरात्रि का समापन 05 अक्टूबर दिन बुधवार को हो रहा है. जिस प्रकार से दिन अनुसार माता के आगमन की सवारी तय है, ठीक वैसे ही दिन अनुसार विदाई की सवारी भी तय है. यदि मां दुर्गा बुधवार या शुक्रवार को विदा होती हैं तो उनकी सवारी हाथी होती है.
