Germany 'needs to be prepared' for halt of Russian gas supply

Germany triggered an emergency plan that could see gas supplies rationed in Europe's largest economy. Monika Schnitzer from the Council of Economic Experts told DW the plan is needed if Moscow disrupts or halts supplies.
