Negligence of team members of health department surfaced in Mahripur village, where they were seen packing RT-PCR test kits without taking sample. They were just noting the names of people in the village to fulfil the target. Basti District Magistrate Saumya Agarwal said, "People in the video have been identified. Action will be taken against them."
