The triple talaq law came into existence on August 1 and will complete one year this August. In such a situation, the Union Minority Affairs Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi has said that during the last one year, there has been a decrease of more than 82 percent in triple talaq cases and where such incidents have taken place, the law has done its work.
