Iskcon's Govardhan ecovillage in Palghar, near Mumbai, has been setting an example for water conservation and management. The ecovillage has developed an integrated water conservation scheme through its rain water harvesting ponds, recharge units and waste water treatment plants. These water conservation techniques have been serving the villages around it.
