Road Transport Department director-general Datuk Seri Shaharuddin Khalid has urged road users to report traffic offenders via Whatsapp at 013-449 8997 or email [email protected].

Speaking to reporters after inspecting buses at Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) in conjunction with Ops Hari Raya Aidilfitri (HRA) 2019 on Monday, Shaharuddin said complainants should include details such as the traffic offence, date, time and plate number of the vehicle.

He added that road users can also send in complaints on vehicles with ‘fancy’ number plates.
