This is 22-year-old Mikayla Holmgren. Besides going to school at Bethel University, Holmgren enjoys working with her friends and dancing. Now, she's is taking on another activity: beauty pageants. Holmgren is the first person with Down syndrome to compete at a state Miss USA competition.
