An enormous puppet created for the Irish music and arts festival, the Fleagh, stumbled the streets of Dromore West in County Sligo with a pint of Guinness and a bottle of whiskey in hand. This video was recorded in 2011.

This is what the uploader, Aidan Crotty told Storyful about the festival: “The Puppet is known as ‘Arthur, the drunken man.’ This (non-polycarbonate) puppet was created by artist Cillian Rogers. Since its creation thirty years ago the artist has traveled to festivals around the world, from the USA to Portugal.
