A funny video has emerged of a French bulldog dressed up as Donald Trump signing executive orders in the Oval Office.

The footage, filmed in New York in February, shows internet-famous Oscar the Frenchie signing an executive order to grant the population free guacamole in every burrito, while the American national anthem plays in the background.
