4일 드라마 공식 홈페이지를 통해 공개되는 에필로그에는 전지현과 김수현의 행복한 신혼 생활이 담긴 것으로 전해졌는데요.

[별에서 온 그대] 제작진은 '마지막 영상이 방송 시간 초과로 아쉽게 편집될 수밖에 없었으나 프로그램의 더욱 행복한 마무리를 위해 홈페이지를 통해 전격 공개하기로 결정했다'고 밝혔습니다.
