Rreth 220 te burgosur nga te gjithë burgjet e vendit kane fituar ditën lirinë sot, pasi kane përfituar nga amnistia me rastin e 100-vjetorit te pavarësisë. Procedurat për lirimin e tyre kane nisur qe ne orën 8 te mëngjesit, ndërsa familjare te shumte kane qene ne pritje ne ambientet jashtë institucioneve. Sipas burimeve nga drejtoria e burgjeve shumica e përfituesve janë gra dhe te mitur te cilëve u kishte mbetur edhe pak muaj nga dënimi i dhëne. Burgu 325 ne kryeqytet, ka qene një nga institucionet qe ka patuar rreth 61 persona nga te cilët 58 gra dhe vetëm dy burra, ndërsa ne paraburgimin 313 fituan lirinë vetëm 6 te dënuar nga te cilat 2 gra dhe katër te mitur ndërkohe sipas kritereve të dispozitave të ligjit të amnistisë, 160 të tjerëve u zbritet një e katërta e dënimit të mbetur.
