Pakatan leaders and supporters in jubilant mood after claiming victory over Barisan Nasional in the parliamentary seat of Bukit Gantang. The by-election was seen by the victor Nizar Jamaluddin who was deposed as Menteri Besar of the state recently as a referendum and his victory is seen by many that the people of Perak reject the controversial 'coup' by BN of the the state government.
