The Bolivarian Alliance for the Americas (ALBA) is holding a special meeting in Caracas to analyze President Barack Obama's recent executive order against Venezuela. The ALBA Summit is expected to adopt a position that will be taken to the Summit of the Americas in Panama next month. Evo Morales, Raul Castro and Ricardo Patiño made strong appeals for Latin American unity against U.S. intervention and the imposition of sanctions that violate international treaties, as well as the charters of the United Nations and the Organization of American States. teleSUR
