An 18-year-old black teenager has been killed by police in the US state of Missouri, amid rising tension over police brutality across the country. However the town's mayor has appealed for calm saying the shooting is different from recent deaths by police in nearby Ferguson and New York. Al Jazeera's Shihab Rattansi reports.
