Consumer Reports: AT&T Ranks Last in Satisfaction, Again

For the second year in a row, AT&T ranks the lowest in customer satisfaction among the top four big cellular carries. Consumer Reports surveyed 66,000 people and found Verizon topped the list of big carriers.
