In an embarassment for the Congress Govt in Uttarakhand. The Delhi police has booked state agriculture Minister Harak Singh Rawat for allegedly molesting a 30 year old woman. While the Opposition is stepping up the demand for his resignation the Minister in the centre of the controversy has chosen to feign ignorance about the case.
